  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
    – Cancellations made the day before will be charged 50% of the service total.
    – No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100%.

    This policy helps us honor the time of our stylists and other guests on the waitlist.

  • We primarily work by appointment, but feel free to call ahead — if we have a gap, we’ll fit you in!

  • Absolutely. If you’re thinking about a major change or want to talk through your options in more detail, we offer consultations for a small fee. The good news? That amount gets applied to any service you end up booking with us.

  • We use Aveda products — professional-grade, plant-powered formulas that support healthy hair and vibrant, long-lasting color. If you’re curious about what’s best for your hair type, your stylist will be happy to make a personalized recommendation.
